Particularly during this time of change and challenge, Catholic schools provide long-term benefits to the nation's youth: a high-quality, faith-based education that will continue to pay dividends for years to come. Families and communities can count on Catholic schools to instill in students the faith, knowledge, morals and discipline that will enable them to fulfill their future roles as committed citizens, productive employees and effective leaders.

At St. James Catholic School all students are given an opportunity for educational excellence and religious formation in the Catholic intellectual tradition and challenged by a curriculum of the highest caliber in a safe, loving, family centered environment.

A reminder to all our parents... anyone who wishes to be involved in the life of the school in any way is required to attend a Virtus Training Session offered by the Archdiocese of Chicago. This applies to parents who have never taken the class. This training is critical for all parents, guardians, teachers, coaches, priests, and child care providers. It is part of the nationwide program established by the Catholic Bishops of the United States entitled "Protecting God's Children."

You must register online in order to attend any session of "Protecting God's Children."

To register go to VIRTUS Online
