    Visit the Scholastic Book Fair in the Helen Mocogni Alumni Library and see the many books available for children of all ages.     We invite you to visit with us to learn about our Preschool & Let’s Play Some More Program .We nurture your child in Christian love and foster an awareness of being a child of God. Our curriculum offers your child daily activities to awaken curiosity for exploring, observing, creating, and in the process develop a love for learning. Through role-playing, your child will acquire real life skills such as independence, respect for others, conflict resolution and compassion.   • Transportation Reimbursement and Textbook Loan Programs

    Funding has been cut by the State of Illinois

    We are asking our families to please take the time to write letters to Superintendent of Illinois School and Governor Quinn asking them to reconsider the decision to cut funding for Transportation Reimbursement and Textbook loans. Please download the sample letters to

    Sign them and mail them as soon as possible. Both these programs are very important to St. James families. It's important that they hear from St. James families.
