St. James Board of Specified Jurisdiction requires that all families share their time and talents with us through the Parent Involvement Program (PIP).
Please download the Parent Volunteer Form on this page to see all the wonderful opportunities for our families to get involved. A minimum of 20 hours is asked of each family. Please feel free to keep on volunteering your time and talents after reaching your required hours. Your help and commitment are needed and greatly appreciated.

If 20 hours are not accumulate by May 15, 2011, a fee of $10 will be assessed for every hour short of the 20 hours required. In lieu of participating in the PIP program, a payment of $200 will be due on October 31, 2010.

It is YOUR responsibility to track your hours and turn in your tracker sheet at the appointed time to the office. Each family's hours of participation will be recorded. Your accumulated hours will be communicated to you 3 times a year.

Please download the tracker form on this page to easily keep track of your hours
